I'm Harry Papaeleou, an entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist shaped by years of growth, challenges and transformation.
I was raised in a humble, hardworking Greek family. My father worked the fields as a farmer and my mother cared for our home, and from them I learned the meaning of persistence, respect and integrity. School was never easy for me and I finished high school with difficulty, yet from a very young age I had a natural affinity for computers and technology. I was driven by curiosity, problem-solving and an instinctive understanding of systems and how to make things work better.
For two decades, I worked as an employee. One of my first jobs was at KFC, and not long after that I began working as a self-taught computer and network technician in a small company while living in a semi-basement apartment and trying to save every possible amount. There were days when I stayed at the company and slept on the couch to avoid the transportation cost. Those early years tested my endurance and shaped my resilience. They taught me what stability, dedication and continuous personal growth truly mean.
Later, I spent sixteen years in a large company working again as a computer and network technician, learning everything hands-on and contributing consistently. Yet despite my commitment, development and long-term contribution, my salary remained low and the opportunities for real advancement were limited. In 2019, I made the decision to leave the company where I had spent the past sixteen years, a decision that defined everything that followed. That moment became the turning point that reshaped my life and opened the path to everything I would go on to build.
Through persistence, consistency and teamwork, I transformed years of experience into opportunity and built POS Point, a profitable debt-free multimillion-euro Greek company with a growing team of 15 people and serving more than 30,000 clients across 15 countries. Beyond technology and payments, I’m also an active real-estate investor focused on value, diversification and long-term financial independence.
For me, true freedom means living each day with intention and authenticity. Over the years, I’ve learned the importance of building systems and organizations that can grow without constant oversight, allowing me to create long-term value while maintaining ownership over how I spend my time.
I believe success is not measured only by numbers. It’s measured by the value you create, the people you uplift and the opportunities you help shape. Wealth can also come from contributing to something greater than yourself by adding real value at the right moment and in the right place.

Beyond business, I love traveling with my family, reading about personal development and psychology, playing chess and enjoying strategy games that strengthen long-term thinking. I also enjoy slow mornings that allow me to think clearly and start the day with intention. I have a passion for cars, I’m a Porsche enthusiast, and I enjoy spending time with my dogs. 🐾
